Why does this cost $149–499 when templates are free?+
Because you're not buying templates — you're buying preparation built around the application itself. The mapping between documents and carrier questions, the attestation checklist, the practitioner review, and the weekly source re-verification are the product. Against a declined application, a surcharged renewal, or a claim disputed over a shaded answer, it's the cheapest line item in the process.
Is the presale refundable?+
Yes — 14 days, no questions, before or after delivery. Founding buyers also lock the founding price for future editions.
Do you offer team or multi-business licensing?+
A purchase covers one business, unlimited internal use. Consultants and MSPs serving multiple clients should use the MSP white-label license — that's exactly what it's for.
