Refund Policy

Document packs and presales: 14 days, no questions
If the Readiness Pack (any edition, including founding presale purchases) isn't what you expected, email support@surable.ai within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. You don't need a reason. Yes, the files are digital and you've already downloaded them — we're betting the product is worth keeping.
Advisor purchases
Advisor tiers ($399/$499) are refundable in full within 14 days or until your customized documents are generated, whichever comes first. If a review call has already happened, we may deduct a prorated amount for the call.
Subscriptions and licenses
The annual updates subscription and MSP white-label license can be cancelled anytime and won't renew; first-year purchases are refundable within 14 days if you haven't distributed licensed materials to clients.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method via our payment partner, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunded purchases end the associated license.
