For independent agents & brokers
You sent the supplemental three weeks ago. It's still sitting in their inbox.
Not because the client is ignoring you. Because question 14 asks whether multi-factor authentication is enforced on remote access, and they genuinely don't know. Send them a free readiness check along with the form. Five minutes later they have a score, their worst gaps, and what to do about each one.
Free for your agency. No contract, no commission split, and we don't sell insurance.
What you send with the questionnaire
- A pre-check link tagged to your agency
- The one-page “what carriers ask” handout, with your name on it
- A real sample policy document, so they see what evidence looks like
Your client answers 16 short questions covering the ten control domains underwriters probe. The score is free and needs no email address.
Want to try it first? Run the Check yourself. It takes five minutes and you'll know within two whether it's worth sending.
How it works
Three emails become one
1
You send the link with the form
One line in the email you were already sending: “Before you fill this out, run this free five-minute check so you know which answers you can give honestly.”
2
They find out where they stand
A score by control domain, the three gaps costing them the most, and the specific fix for each. Most of the common gaps are free to close and take an afternoon.
3
The form comes back answerable
They fix what they can, and for anything still open they know how to disclose it accurately. You get a submission an underwriter can actually price.
The part that protects you
We will never help your client shade an answer
Every application ends with a signed attestation. When a control was claimed and wasn't there, that gap doesn't stay quiet. It surfaces at claim time, when the client calls you.
So there are only two paths in the product. Fix the control and answer yes honestly, or disclose the gap accurately with whatever compensating controls exist. There is no third path, and nothing in the Check, the documents, or the assistant will suggest one.
We never coach misrepresentation. If a control isn't in place, we show you the fastest path to make the answer honestly “yes,” or how to disclose accurately with compensating controls, because an inaccurate attestation is exactly what gets claims denied.
We give general readiness information, not legal or insurance advice, and we never tell a client what their policy covers. That call is the carrier's and yours.
What happens after the score
Free is genuinely free. Paid is optional and it's ours, not yours.
The Readiness Check
Free
Score, domain breakdown, top gaps, and the fix for each. No email needed to see it. This alone is usually enough for a client to answer the form.
The Readiness Pack
$99 founding presale
The written policies, the incident response plan, and the guide mapping each document to the application question it answers. For clients whose honest gap is “we do this, it's just not written down.”
The Readiness Advisor
$399
Documents customized to their environment plus a working session, for the client with a renewal date close enough to hurt.
Full detail on the pricing page. Nothing here changes your commission, because none of it is insurance.
FAQ
What agents ask us
Do you sell insurance?+
No. We don't quote, place, or broker anything, and we're not appointed with any carrier. Surable sells readiness: a free assessment and the written documents underwriters ask to see. Your client stays your client.
What does it cost the agency?+
Nothing. There's no fee, no contract, and no revenue share in either direction. We make money when a client decides they want the document pack, which is their call, after the free score.
Will you email my clients?+
Only if they ask for their report by email, and then it's the report plus occasional readiness updates they can unsubscribe from in one click. We don't sell or rent the list, and we never pitch insurance, because we don't sell it.
What if a client's honest answer is no?+
Then the Check says so, and gives the fastest path to making it a real yes. It will never suggest wording that makes a missing control look present. If the control can't be in place before the form is due, the guidance is to disclose it accurately and note any compensating controls, which is the answer that survives a claim.
Can I put my agency's branding on it?+
The pre-check link carries your agency tag, and the handout has a line for your name and number. Full white-label (your logo on the assessment and every document) is the license MSPs and larger agencies use; ask and we'll walk you through it.
How do I know whether my clients are using it?+
Your link is tagged, so we can tell you how many of your clients ran the Check, the average score, and which control gaps came up most. No names, no individual results. That report is yours to ask for any time.
