1. Who we are

Surable (surable.ai) sells cyber insurance readiness information products: assessments, document templates, guides, and related services (“the Services”). By using the site or purchasing a product you agree to these terms.

2. What we are not

Surable is not an insurance carrier, broker, or agent; not a law firm; and not your security consultant of record. Nothing on this site or in our products is legal, insurance, financial, or professional advice, and no attorney-client or broker-client relationship is created. Coverage decisions belong entirely to carriers and underwriters. Always verify application answers against your actual environment and consult your broker or attorney for advice specific to your situation.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not and cannot guarantee that any insurer will offer, renew, price, or pay out on any policy. Our products improve your preparation; they do not control underwriting decisions. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any application answer or attestation you sign.

4. Licenses

A standard purchase grants one business a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and reproduce the purchased documents internally. It does not permit reselling, redistributing, or delivering the materials to third parties. MSP and consultant use of materials for clients requires the MSP White-Label License, which grants delivery rights to the licensee's active clients under the licensee's branding.

5. The Readiness Check and assessments

Free and paid assessments produce general information based on your self-reported answers. Scores are informational estimates of alignment with commonly published carrier requirements — they are not underwriting decisions, quotes, or predictions. We may use anonymized, aggregated assessment data for research and published statistics; see the Privacy Policy. Individual responses are never shared with insurers.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment partner, which handles cards, receipts, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (14 days, no questions, on document packs).

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the free tools (automated scraping, bulk submissions, or resale of outputs), attempt to breach or disrupt the service, or use the products to misrepresent your security posture to any party. We may rate-limit or block abusive use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surable's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including denied claims, lost coverage, security incidents, or lost profits.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
