What format are the documents in?+
Each document ships in two editable formats: a Word-compatible file that opens in Microsoft Word or Google Docs, and plain markdown for any editor. Fill in the placeholders (company name, named roles, system names) and they're yours — no locked PDFs.
Are these customized to my business?+
The pack is fill-in-the-blank with clear placeholders and per-document guidance notes. Full customization from an interview about your business is what the Readiness Advisor tier does — it generates the documents pre-filled for you. Pack buyers can upgrade later.
Which carriers do the application mappings cover?+
The mapping guide covers the question patterns common across major small-business cyber carriers (the questions are remarkably consistent: MFA, EDR, backups, IR plan, training, funds-transfer controls). Where specific carriers phrase things differently, the guide calls it out. It's refreshed as application forms change.
Do I need the Complete pack, or is Core enough?+
